Alice is an enigmatic girl with a wildly adventurous spirit. She doesn't quite know where she is, or how she got here, but sees it as a fresh and once in a lifetime opportunity to delve into a myriad assortment of adventures away from the place she calls home. Much as her appearance would suggest, the catty lass possesses a childish personality, easily intrigued by the world around her and often fixates on the next, newest fascination to catch her attention. She is insatiably curious, and expresses herself with a wide range of energetic emotions, yet something murky dwells beneath the surface of such an innocent and pristine persona. Alice is an uncanny girl. She's beyond the courteous definition of whimsical, and borders on delusional, delirious, and outright hysterical at times. The things she says may often come off as nonsensical whose clarity is only defined within her own mind. Despite this mental derangement, however, Alice doesn't seem like a deliberately unruly or bad girl. She is young and impressionable, but straddles the line of morality and judgement at a neutral degree.

Alice is an adventurer by hobby, occupation, and lifestyle. She lives to explore new places, meet new people, and hear fascinating stories. Half the time, these are exciting and pleasurable encounters. The other half of the time, they can be quite harrowing and frightening. As such, Alice has taken up the blade and bow in order to fend for herself in dire times. She is relatively inexperienced in extreme combat, but does her best to learn and grow in such an endeavor. She will never turn down the opportunity to learn a new skill, practice a new weapon, or even learn magic.[Alice will start off on the lower end of the power scale, and gradually improve in a variety of ways as she meets other player characters and is mentored by them in the respective areas.]

Alice currently has little magic experience, save for harmless cantrips such as producing light or creating sparks to light a campfire. She does, however, possess tremendous potential for learning esoteric spellcraft.

Alice hails from a place separated from Hydaelyn which seems to have no solid foundation for logic, sense, or reason. The denizens of this world, including Alice, no longer remember what their own realm is, or what it is even called. It's undetermined whether it is a planet, an existential plane, or something in-between, but points of travel out of and back to this enigmatic setting are possible at random for said inhabitants. It is a place that has accumulated so many names, that it remains unnamed to those who live there, leaving Alice to simply call home "Elsewhere". Unnatural phenomenon occur so often that it is simply the way of life here. And these strange tidings seemed to have followed after this young catgirl as she found herself traversing realms. . .While Alice herself is unaware of it just yet, as it was simply commonplace where she is from, she possesses the ability to augment the reality around her based on how strongly she believes something to be real or possible. This has proven to be a double edged sword, as both boons and positive events can occur during joyous moments as well as frightening and dangerous ones happening when the lass is scared or feeling threatened. The bizarre nature of this anomaly leaves the whimsical youth shrouded in mystery and enigma, a treat, or risk, to all those who choose to share in Alice's presence.

  • Someone Lost Their Cat: As plain and clear as could be, Alice is a young girl wandering without care or worry around the star on her lonesome. Regardless of the danger, once she hears even the inkling of adventure, she'll go off unchaperoned to experience such for herself. Someone should perhaps look after her at times.

  • An Aberrant Anomaly: As an Otherworlder™, Alice is not composed of aether herself like everyone else. She only possesses trace amounts absorbed from food & drink and drawn in from the ambience around her. What does fuel her magic seems to mimic the common aetheric signature, but is distinctly unique in its own right. Aetherologists, magi, and others who study peculiar phenomenon may take an interest in the girl.

  • Now You See Me. . .: At any given time, Alice will be completely invisible to either aethersight or the naked eye, but never both at once or neither simultaneously. More often than not, she will be undetectable by aethersight and sense.

  • The Will To Learn: Alice is very persistent in the pursuit of knowledge when it comes to practicing fighting styles, wielding new weapons, learning additional skills, or being instructed in schools of magic. Mentors in any of these arts may happen across quite the dedicated student.

  • The Most Dreadful Thing In Existence: Get her to talk about the Nyxian Sipe once mentioned. Do it. Cowards.
